ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards. Beginning in 1947, ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of more than 150 countries, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.
MicroPilot has successfully achieved the ISO d9001:2000 certification in the design and production of autopilot and related accessories for use in small unmanned aerial vehicles. The ISO 9001:2000 certification is yet another major accomplishment for MicroPilot. Howard Loewen, President of MicroPilot stated:
