MicroPilot Finalist at the Aerospace
Industry Awards 2004

SINGAPORE -- Flight International honoured the great achievements in global aerospace at its 2004 Annual Aerospace Awards on February 25. Representing MicroPilot were Dave Wakeman, Director of Sales Asia & Americas and Lisa Shaw, Director of Communications. Over 500 people attended the glittering ceremony held at the Millennia Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Singapore. Master of Ceremonies, Michael Rodd and Flight International Editor, Murdo Morrison announced the winners in each of the 10 specialist categories.

MicroPilot was named a finalist in the Avionics and Electronics category, along with Texas Instruments and Rockwell Collins. Texas Instruments was the winner in this category for its Arc Fault Circuit Interruption (AFCI) technology.

Lisa Shaw, Director of Communications, stated:

"This is a tremendous achievement for MicroPilot, especially to be named a finalist with world-class companies like Rockwell Collins and Texas Instruments. It was a marvellous evening and my sincere congratulations to Texas Instruments along with the rest of the winners and finalists.”
